Create a habit of reflection. Each module has journal prompts to encourage you to pause and reflect. You can review and track your entries.

Nicholas has been coaching, co-creating and facilitating workshops since 2011 on leadership skills, team effectiveness, multi-directional communication, presentation skills, coaching skills, customer service, and change management. His experience includes working with clients in major financial, media, transportation, hospitality, and industrial multinationals, as well as various government agencies.
