At Regeneron, we Take on Big Ideas and Make Things Happen every day all day, and as a result, our employees work long hours and persevere through challenging times. We recognize that the recent pandemic and social unrest have taken a toll on our resilience.


To better support you during this time, we are pleased to offer you this additional resource to help manage your stress. Like all skills, resilience takes practice. The Regeneron WAVETM Program for Mindful Resilience course provides a platform where you can learn, develop your skills and explore what it takes to manage stress or simply be more productive and effective in the way you work when dealing with setbacks or uncertainty.

5 ways of learning for transformation

A nugget; a noodle; a nudge.

Learn

Move at your own pace. Each module has nuggets of content; questions to noodle over; and a nudge to take actions.

Practice

Have a bias towards action. Each module offers action steps and a link to Ignite & Transform's mini meditation, mission, and musing.

Journal

Create a habit of reflection. Each module has journal prompts to encourage you to pause and reflect. You can review and track your entries.

Discuss

Learn with community. Each module encourages shared learning with your cohort through discussion questions.

Deepen

Feed your curiosities. Each module allows you to annotate and track your notes, along with links to additional readings and recordings of interest.

All of our instructors are highly qualified coaches,  each with corporate backgrounds coupled with extensive experience in training and leadership development, enabling us to effectively work with individuals and organizations to maximize performance and overall well-being.

Kully Jaswal

Ignition Coaching, CEO/Founder
Kully is an experienced executive coach and founder of Ignition Coaching LLC. She brings over 15 years of corporate experience and has helped individuals and teams maximize their drive, resilience and performance. She is a certified Teacher with Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) and a Meta Coach for Goleman EI.

Belinda Chiu

Ignition Coaching, Principal Coach
Belinda brings 20+ years of experience in leadership development and training; executive coaching; public diplomacy, higher education, and consulting to serve as a catalyst for leaders of so that they may be of greatest service to others. She is also certified with the SIYLI and Goleman EI.

Samantha Mathis

Ignition Coaching, Principal Coach
Samantha’s passion is working with global, multi-cultural teams in complex and challenging environments, to build capability and behaviors to drive organizational performance. She is currently completing a Doctorate exploring the value of online learning communities on leadership capabilities. 

Matthew Taylor

Ignition Coaching, Principal Coach
Matthew brings 14 years of experience designing and facilitating adaptive leadership coaching and professional development grounded in Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Theory. This work includes coach training for senior leaders as well as direct coaching of leaders across the leadership pipeline. 

Suzanne Silver

Suzanne has over 30 years of experience working in the UK and Asia specializing in people development and behavioral change. She is passionate about supporting individuals to maximize their performance at both a personal and professional level, so they can achieve greater success in the workplace, as well as in life.

Nicholas Wai

Ignition Coaching, Principal Coach

Nicholas has been coaching, co-creating and facilitating workshops since 2011 on leadership skills, team effectiveness, multi-directional communication, presentation skills, coaching skills, customer service, and change management. His experience includes working with clients in major financial, media, transportation, hospitality, and industrial multinationals, as well as various government agencies.
